Personal Computing in the Late ’80s and Early ’90s

My first computer was an Apple IIc. We couldn’t afford a new computer at the time so my stepfather got it used for around 600 dollars. It was a clunky, beige box, but for the late 80s, it was still quite a sleek machine. It was my entry into the exciting and nascent world of personal computing.
